i beg you, please listen to their stuff if you haven't already. unfortunately they only had 2 albums, but still. they were a severely underrated band. if you're a Sonic fan you probably know them for performing All Hail Shadow for Shadow the Hedgehog (2005), and... yeah, that's how i got to know about them. they also made Who I Am for that game, but it ended up being "replaced" by the aforementioned song, so they included it in VerseChorusKillMe instead.
i put "replaced" in quotation marks because... i'm pretty sure both songs served a different purpose. Who I Am was probably meant to be used in the final boss fight, but in that case they ended up just reusing the game's main theme song instead (I Am... All Of Me). on the other hand, All Hail Shadow is used for the game's "pure hero" endings. it's a shame SEGA didn't keep "Who I Am" as the song in the final boss fight, it fits a lot better lyrically.
anyway, yeah. their music kicks ass, you should listen to it. i wonder what the timeline where they actually succeed looks like....
