Update on time zones

Okay, so I decided to have a fallback API for the timezone stuff in case I run out of requests for my (free) API key. Don't feel like spending money, y'know?

Also, I decided to only display the actual time posts are made when you actually view them rather than when you're on the page that lists them (which will now only display the date, not the time, and it might be a day off because it'll be using my timezone but who cares), just to not run out of requests.

Man, what a pain.
